Dominating the corner of Maple Street and Whitfield Street, the distinctive glazed elevations of 90 Whitfield Street create a sense of movement across the façades, catching the eye of passers-by. The full-height glazing provides the interiors with abundant natural light, creating bright, open space with the added texture of concrete columns. The office space inside provides a distinctive and interesting home for any forward-thinking company.

90 Whitfield Street occupies a dominant position overlooking Tottenham Court Road, Maple Street and Whitfield Street. With an imposing glass façade and a 3,300 sq ft staffed reception, the building creates a real sense of arrival, which is enhanced by bespoke artwork by Ian Davenport. The floor is approached via four lifts (two glass wall climbers) and a large, impressive atrium which provides excellent natural light to the middle of the floor. There is bespoke artwork in the atrium also by an artist called David Tremlett.
The vacant floors have been refurbished to provide a bright Grade A space with light on three sides. The refurbishment includes a new metal tilled floor, new LED lighting and exposed concrete columns and soffits.
Along with excellent transport links 90 Whitfield Street is located in fashionable Fitzrovia which is home to an extensive range of shops and restaurants, as well as world famous corporate, creative, media and technology companies such as Estée Lauder and Arcadia who have chosen to locate within the characterful streets of Fitzrovia. The imminent arrival of Facebook’s new UK headquarters will add further dynamism to an already vibrant community.

As you can see above, the building and surrounding area have a great deal to offer appealing to a vast range of businesses however, the added OneFibre solution in this particular space with a 24 hour turnaround for a live dedicated Fibre connection makes it very difficult not to consider occupying office space in this building. During the works, OneFibre began by pre-terminating an internet access port on each floor to create a true plug and play scenario, the result meant tenants could sign the lease and commence operations the very next day.
